How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion directly from this page if you're logged in, or contact us via email.

Processing Time: We will process your request within 7 business days
What Data Gets Deleted
Deleted Immediately
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Delivery addresses
- Cart contents
- Preferences and settings
- Saved payment methods
- App access and login credentials
Retained (Anonymized) for 90 Days
- Order history (anonymized for tax and legal compliance)
- Payment transaction records (anonymized for dispute resolution)
- Subscription billing information (anonymized)
Anonymized Analytics Data
Some anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes. This data does not contain any personal identifiers and cannot be used to identify you.
Important Notes
Account Deletion is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Cukato services again.
Active Subscriptions
Please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account. You will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods after account deletion.
Pending Orders
Complete or cancel all pending orders before requesting account deletion. Orders in progress will need to be fulfilled or refunded before we can process your deletion request.
Ready to Delete Your Account?
This action will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
Your account will be marked for deletion immediately and permanently removed after 7 days.
